She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Marshall Blakeney and Anne Elizabeth; her children, David Ratcliffe (Connie), Mark Ratcliffe (Trish) and Benancio Moreno III; her grandchildren, Christian, William, Rachel, Nicholas, Lydia (Mike), Mark Thomas (Hannah), Nichole (Roy), Trey (Courtney), Kelly (Reid), Ashley (Curtis), Tiffany (Taylor), Ben (Savannah), Mavric and Cassidy; her great grandchildren, Annaleigh, Leighton, Lane, Liam, Luke, Guerin, Francisco, Ella, Roman and Titus; her sister Dehra; her siblings-in-law, John Stanley, Bill Ratcliffe and Bea Ratcliffe; her husband Thomas Kelly Ratcliffe; her daughter Elizabeth Moreno; her sister Carol Stanley; her granddaughter Mireya; and her grandson-in-law Ryan. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and grand-dogs and cats.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home (3780 US-80, Pearl, MS 39208). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
