He is survived by: his former wife Liz Crabtree; his mother Evelyn Blair; his sisters, Debbie Crawford (Dan) and Eliza Stephens (Gary); and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy McClure (Patrick), Debbie Porter, Denise Bennett (Harold) and Barbara Allen (Webb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
