He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvis H. Hinton and Annie Hinton; his daughter-in-law Jennifer D. Hinton; and his sister Bonnie H. Dearman. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Evans Hinton of Pearl, MS; his sons, Larry Edward Hinton of Saucier, MS and Kevin Wayne Hinton of Pearl, MS; his sisters, Louise Overstreet of Biloxi, MS and Betty Davis of Gulfport, MS; his grandchildren, Nicholas J. Hinton and Taylor B. Hinton; his great grandchildren, Brock M. Hinton and Paisley B. Walker; and his sons, Jim Pace, Lamar Switzer, Bill Gardner, Pete Evans and Massey Lassiter.
