He was predeceased by: his father Albert Fulton Roberts, Sr.; his wife Vara Miles Roberts; his sister Mary Alice Smith; his former wife Mary Roland McCollum; and his stepson John McCollum.
He is survived by: his children, Albert Victor Roberts (Estelle) and Sue Ellen Roberts Tinsley (Charles); his grandsons, Michael Hilton and Matthew Hilton (Alex); and his stepdaughter-in-law Rita McCollum. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
