She was predeceased by: her parents, John DeSilva and Mable DeSilva; her brothers, John DeSilva, Daniel DeSilva and Benjamin DeSilva; her son Edward Reece; and her grandson Jody Mazzuchelli.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Cummins (late Michael Cummins), Tanya Petit (Charles Petit), Toni-Marie LaFollette (Thomas LaFollette) and Darren Viveiros (Nicole Barrett). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
