He was predeceased by: his parents, David Niolet and Otesia Ladner Niolet; his siblings, Helen Moran Sinclair, Revis and Elwood; and his son Dr. Michael L. Niolet.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty LaFontaine and Joyce Drake; his children, David F. Niolet (Mae), Margaret H. Niolet Scurfield (Raymond), Judy A. Niolet Taffet (George), Lynn M. Niolet Scafidi (Dale) and Ann VanZandt Niolet (Michael); and his grandchildren, Dr. Jeffery M. Niolet, Dr. Paul D. Niolet, Benjamin L. Niolet, Dr. Kimberly Niolet Paduda, Helani Scurfied, Dr. Armand Scurfield, Nick Scurfield, Amy Taffet Czinege, Lori Taffet, Dr. Jason Taffet, Philip Taffet, Allison Taffet, Jonathan Taffet, Julia Scafidi Pierson, Dean Scafidi, Molly Scafidi and Anna Scafidi.
