He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine Waltman; his children, Earl Gene Waltman, Jr. (Dena), Ryan Russell Waltman (Jennifer), Mary Jo Ann Hampton (Matthew) and Beth Ann England; his siblings, Cynthia Saucier, Stewart Lee Waltman, Olivia Waltman and Willa Faye Waltman; his grandchildren, Ryan Zachary Russell Waltman, Breanna Marie Waltman (John), Kimberly Beech (Brian), Sarah Waltman, Jacob Waltman, Jahlen Hampton, Gabrielle Hampton, Madalyn Waltman and James Hayden Nobles; and his great grandchildren, Addalyn Beech, Jaxon Beech and James Grayson Nobles. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
