She is survived by: her children, Norine Dedeaux-Casey (Truck Casey Sr.), Gretchen Dedeaux, Judy Dedeaux, Conrad Phillip Dedeaux, Wallace Patrick Dedeaux, Thomas Dedeaux and Jason Dedeaux (Lynn); her grandchildren, Jesmyn Ward, Nerissa Ward, Charine Ward, Aldon Dedeaux, Dornell Dedeaux, Rufus Barnes, Ebony Gilbert, Carlos Green, Brianna Dedeaux, Destin Dedeaux, Brittany Dedeaux, Sacha Daniels, Jamal Dedeaux (Courtni) and Keenan Cowart (Nicole); her great grandchildren, De'Sean (Victoria), Joshua, Au'laysia, Jhernii, Kalani, Brandon, Noemie, Brando, Xavier, Carley, Colby, Zoey, Avery, Paul Jr., Brent, Dakota, Jeremiah, Zamora, Tah'lia, Tah'mir, Nova, Corbin, Cambri, Cienna, Calani, Jacob, Natalie and Saige; her great great grandchildren, Charlotte and Amar; her siblings, Senovia Hartzog (family: Jane Hamilton, Deborah Tate, Rachel Kately, Beverly Dedeaux, Larry Dedeaux) and Marilyn Thomas; her husband Donald Smith; and her stepchildren, Andrew Coleman Smith, Donald Smith Jr. and Dionne Marie Whooten Smith. She is also survived by family, Jane Hamilton and family, Deborah Tate and family, Rachel Kately (Fred) and family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (9062 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, MS 39571). A rosary will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. Stephens Cemetery (6420 Lobouy Rd, Pass Christian, MS 39571).
