He is survived by: his wife Amber Perkins; his daughters, Kira Gordon (Kevin), Heather Perkins (Gary), Bianca Caruthers (Matthew) and Darah Perkins (Lee); his grandchildren, Kirstin, Skylar, Aiden, Ryland, Asher, Alicya and Kole; and his brother Chris Perkins.
