He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Fayard; his daughter Rachel Ann Fayard; and his parents, C. J. "Tebo" Fayard, Sr. (Hilda) and Eva Koolsbergen. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Harshbarger (Lex), Regina Warren (Richard), Rebecca Watts (Derris), Tracy Patridge (Ricky), Vicki Murray (Greg), Clay Fayard (Melissa) and Gene Fayard (Beth); his sister Mary Francis Lennox (Pam); his grandchildren, Michael Harshbarger (Jenna), Steven Harshbarger (Linh), Rachel Eads (David), Brittany Morgan (Cody), Brandon Warren (Kristen), Ashley Allen (Derek), Anthony Watts (Courtney), Brent Watts (Krystal), Katie Bertucci (Timmy), Kyle Patridge (Caitlin), Conner Patridge (Kathleen), Sean Murray (Samantha), Megan Clark (Garrett), Landon Fayard, Meghan Aime (Destin), Dalton Fayard and Alyssa Fayard; and his friend Sheila Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Holy Family Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
