It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lafontaine (Pass Christian, Mississippi), who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Niolet and Otesia Ladner Niolet; her siblings, Helen Moran Sinclair, Herman, Revis and Elwood Niolet; and her children, Carl LaFontaine and Debbie LaFontaine.
She is survived by: her children, Paul LaFontaine (Pam), Timmy LaFontaine (Juanita), Mark LaFontaine (Sam Matranga) and Mary Fortenberry (Melvin); her grandchildren, Amanda King, Mitchell Fortenberry (Cassie), Paul LaFontaine II (Lauren), Matthew Fortenberry (Angel), Ethan LaFontaine (Marissa), Patrick LaFontaine (Kalie) and Drew LaFontaine; and her great grandchildren, Cassa House, Blakely LaFontaine, Cooper Fortenberry, Makenna LaFontaine, Mallory Fortenberry, Brady Fortenberry, Collins LaFontaine, Everett LaFontaine, Parker LaFontaine, Charley Fortenberry, Elia LaFontaine and Freya LaFontaine.
In Lieu of flowers the family request for donations to be made to the Holy Trinity Catholic Church building fund.
