She was predeceased by: her parents, Acey Lizana and Viola Swanier; her husband Reginald Dedeaux Sr.; her son Carter Dedeaux; her granddaughter Shatanya Cook; her great grandchild Robert Anderson; her daughters-in-law, Pamela Dedeaux and Dana Dedeaux; and her siblings, Irvin Dedeaux, Charles Stirl, Delores Lizana and Julia Malone.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald Dedeaux, Malcom Dedeaux, Dwight Dedeaux, Paul Dedeaux (Glesa), Richard Dedeaux, Michael Dedeaux, Regina Dedeaux-Cook, Dr. Alfreda Dedeaux and Marsha Carmichael (Terrence); and her grandchildren, Mervin Dedeaux, Sabrina Cook, Dr. Chasty Grady (Julius), Shene Woods, Richard Dedeaux (Precious), Reginald Dedeaux III (Dominique), Delisa Dedeaux, Dr. Shara Conway, Charles "Chuckie" Woods Jr., Dwight Dedeaux Jr. (Ashley), Brianna Woods, Malcom Dedeaux Jr., Maiya Dedeaux and Isaiah Dedeaux. She is also survived by twenty-eight great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
