With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Howard Pope Jr. of Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Pope Sr. and Lela G. Pope; his grandson Nick Woods; his son Scott Holliday; and his nephew Steve Kirkland.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Dianne Pope; his sister Glenda Kirkland; his children, Leigh Ann Woods (Mike), Melissa Courville, Tiffiney Pope, Mike Pope, Mark Pope and William "Billy" Howard Pope, III (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Kailen Box, Taylor Pope, Allison Woods, Caroline Woods, Susanna Courville, Mary Ella Courville, Katie Imes, Chris Pope, Bethany Boothe, Brooke Sumrall, Leighton Odom, John Koenenn, Lacie Koenenn, Andrew Stokley, Britney Penton, Tyler and Brandon Holliday. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and good friends.
