He was predeceased by: his parents, W. L. Falks, Sr. and Allie Cummings Falks; his wife Mildred Rigney Falks; his siblings, Clyde Falks and Ruby Falks Butcher; his son-in-law Steve DeForrest; his half-brother Larry Falks (Charlotte Falks Greene); and his brothers-in-law, G. O. Schaefer and Gary Shaefer.
He is survived by: his children, Ronda Falks DeForrest and Wiley III Falks (Angela); his grandchildren, Kelsey DeForrest (Brandon Byrd), Kendra Summerall (Kyle), Lavory Falks, IV (Kaitlin) and Wyatt Falks (Madie); his great grandchildren, Travis (T. J.), Kayla White, Lavory Falks, Wells Falks, Myles Falks and Diana Carlisle "D. C." Summerall; and his sister Virginia Shaefer of Grand Bay, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
