She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Mizzell and Mabel Mizzell; and her brother Champ Mizzell. She is survived by: her husband James Crowell; and her children, Terry Lamar Stewart, Perry Wayne Stewart, Julie Mechelle Johnson, James Michael Crowell and Hanna Renee Crowell Dunlap. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her church, Christ Lutheran Church.
