We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2021, at the age of 75, Walter McGill Jr. of Pascagoula, Mississippi, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee McGill Sr. and Margaret Halstead McGill; his stepson Douglas Denton; and his stepfather Charles Thomas Payne. He is survived by: his wife Sarah McGill of Pascagoula, MS; his daughter Beth Hickey of Saucier, MS; his stepdaughter Erica Fantes of Pascagoula, MS; his siblings, Denise Reeves (Tom), Jeanie Coates (Bob), Lenny McGill of Maryland and James McGill of Maryland; his grandchildren, Olivia Hickey, Jordan Hickey, Dominique Moore (Austin), Alexis Hughes (J. T.) and Justin Denton; and his great grandchildren, Khloe, Chandler Moore and Tommy Hughes. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends.
Due to COVID-19 and strict National Cemetery guidelines the graveside services will be limited to 20 persons.
