He was predeceased by: his father Winfred I. Cooper; and his daughter Allison Cooper. He is survived by: his mother Fredna R. Cooper; his sons, Russell Cooper, Jack Cooper and Jeffrey Cooper; and his siblings, Tony Cooper (Tracy), Terry Cooper (Missy) and Tommy Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19 a face mask is required to attend the service and the funeral home staff may limit the number of visitors in the building at any given time.
