He was predeceased by: his siblings, Douglas Walley, Johnnie M. Walley, Patsy Walley and Beverly Walley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Walley; his children, Jeff Walley (Paula) and Pamela Walley Manning (Scott); his grandchildren, Devin Walley, Caitlin Walley, Hunter Manning and Lauren Manning; and his sisters, Ginger Walley, Betty Heathcock and Sheryl Smith. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
