It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tanya Jarrell of Pascagoula, Mississippi, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Isaac Holmes and Elsie McLendon Holmes; her daughter Rebecca McCormick; and her close friend James Dickerson. She is survived by: her daughters, Deirdre Robertson, Robin Lister Clay and Misty Jarrell; her son-in-law James D. McCormick; her grandchildren, Tim, Joshua, Jeremy, Heather, Krysta, Victoria and James Donald; her siblings, Kenneth Holmes and Denise Fischer; and her daughter LaDonice Jarrell. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
