She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Mack Emmons; and her mother Marsha Krebs. She is survived by: her children, Josh Moorman, Jarrod Moorman (Savannah), Nikki Hudson (Roy), Cristi Mills, Keith Russ (Tara) and Robert Mills Jr.; her father Billy Ray Krebs; and her siblings, Robin Brown (Roy) and Anthony Krebs (Tricia). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Due to the concerns around COVID-19 the services for Shelly will be private.
