She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Mae and Hezekiah Hopson; her siblings, Sarah Mae Burton and Jimmy Davis; and her children, Frederick Lamon Massey and Rayvon Enita Hyman.
She is survived by: her children, Virgil Hopson (Sonja) of Moss Point, MS and Nadia Johnson (Rapheal) of Moss Point, MS; her siblings, Ella Mae Sprur of Moss Point, MS and Willie Hopson of Gautier, MS.; and her grandchildren, Demetrius Hopson (Sakinna), Domonic Hopson (Vivian), Valencia Hopson (Robert), De'Angelo Hyman, Markice Sprur, Roderick Massey Jr., Aleix Hyman (Jada), Kadejiah Davison, Jasmine Betts, Tyneshia Powell, Frederick Massey, Zy'nia Massey, Deuntra Hyman, Albert Gwin and Jaquez Massey. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
