It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Northrop (Pascagoula, Mississippi), who passed away on January 10, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Gaffney and Vivian Gaffney; her husband Dan; her mother-in-law Shirley Northrop; her sons, Dan F. Northrop Jr. (Diane), Todd Northrop and Jack Northrop (Priscilla); her grandchildren, Jacob, Landan and Hannah Northrop; her stepgrandchildren, Angie Minter and Melanie Bryant (Stephen); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Gaines and Emerson Bryant; her brother John Gaffney (Carolyn); her aunt Margie Rouse; and her sisters-in-law, Ellen Cole (Ray) and Gail Meisner (Arlon). She was also cherished by furry friend and companion, GiGi Marie Northrop, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In leiu of flowers the family suggests donations to the St Jude Foundation.
