She was predeceased by: her sister Ramona Lisa Maddox Hollingsworth. She is survived by: her parents, John David and Seretha Blackwell Maddox; her sons, Christopher Philley (Heather) and Michael; her brother John Maddox (Wendi); her close friend Robert Philley; and her grandchildren, Brendon, Joseph, Tristan, Palmer and Claire Philley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
