He was predeceased by: his father Earl Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Spencer; his sons, Phillip Rance and Cliff Spencer; his stepson Kaleb Kirkwood (Laura); his mother Joann Scarborough Jenkins; and his siblings, Doug and Kim. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to concerns surrounding Covid-19, the family will have a private memorial service to honor Ricky's life at a later date.
