He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Burnham Scott and Yvonne Davis Scott; and his brothers, Harold Burnham Scott, Jr. and John Davis Scott. He is survived by: his wife Carleen Scott; his children, Nyka Scott of New Orleans, Philip Scott, Jr. (Rebecca), Suzanne Scott and Kelli Johnson of Pascagoula; his grandchildren, Hannah Scott, Cecily Johnson, Tai Johnson, Kasey Edwards and Taylor Atwell; his sisters, Marie Walker, Mary Lee Williams (Mark) and Sally Monroe (David); his sisters-in-law, Janelle Kelly, Vivian "Mimm" Bilbo, Lana Kay Miller and Juanese Adams (Ricky); and his friend Noel B. "Buck" Buckley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
