She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Spicer and Myrtie Lee Clayton Spicer; her husband Paul E. Mizell; her son Paul H. Mizell; and her siblings, Beverly Weil, Charles Spicer and Johnnie Spicer.
She is survived by: her daughter Teri Mizell; her sisters, Doris Spicer and Sandra Prew (Darryl); her daughter-in-law Cindy Mizell; and her granddaughter Rachel Mizell (Caitlin Redd).
