He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Dugan, Jr.; and his siblings, Alvin L. "Mickey" Dugan, III and Amanda Dugan Lyon. He is survived by: his mother Tanya Hudson McCollough; his daughter Elizabeth Dugan; his grandparents, Kermit and Bonnie Hudson; and his uncle Randall Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bible Baptist Church, 3202 Nathan Hale Avenue, Pascagoula, MS, 39581, in Mitchell's memory.
