We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Mitchell Scott Dugan in Pascagoula, Mississippi. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Dugan, Jr.; and his siblings, Alvin L. "Mickey" Dugan, III and Amanda Dugan Lyon. He is survived by: his mother Tanya Hudson McCollough; his daughter Elizabeth Dugan; his grandparents, Kermit and Bonnie Hudson; and his uncle Randall Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bible Baptist Church, 3202 Nathan Hale Avenue, Pascagoula, MS, 39581, in Mitchell's memory.
