He was predeceased by: his wife Ina; and his parents, Thomas M. Ballinger and Phenie Millings Ballinger. He is survived by: his children, Michael Ballinger (Christine), Phillip Ballinger (Teresa), Randy Ballinger (Kevin Hucke), Penny Lindsey, Tracy Ballinger (Dwight Nelson) and Deanna Winkler (Martin); his grandchildren, Ryan Ballinger, Derek Winkler, Heather Sumrall (Cory), Brittany Poole (Christopher Pugh), Cody Winkler (Britney) and Jay Burchfield (Crystal); and his great grandchildren, Jordan Ballinger, Marceline Winkler, Broxyn Sumrall, Jayce Burchfield and Devyn Baldock.
