It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard Dailey (Pascagoula, Mississippi), who passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bell Dailey and John Ivory Williams; his grandparents, Roger and Vinnie Dailey; his brothers, Willie "Pookie" Dailey and Fabian Dwight Dailey; his aunts, Patricia Dailey, Vinnie Dailey and Lillie Wordlaw (George); and his uncle Willie Dailey (Annie).
He is survived by: his sons, Theodosius "Maurice" Torrey, Sr. (Ann) of Gautier, MS and Tyrone Anderson, Sr. of Moss Point, MS; his grandchildren, Theodosius "TJ" Torrey, Jr. of Houston, TX, Tyeshia Torrey of Gautier, MS, Deandre Torrey of Houston, TX, Ladarrius Forrest of Moss Point, MS, Jaquan Torrey of D'Iberville, MS, Maurice Bell of Moss Point, MS, Tyrone Anderson, Jr. of Pascagoula, MS, Ky'Asia Anderson of Moss Point, MS and Zannariah Chaney of Batesburg, SC; his great grandchildren, Caison Williams of Gautier, MS and Taelyn Torrey of Houston, TX; his sisters, Kathy Dailey of Moss Point, MS, Janice Dailey of Pascagoula, MS and Leontyne Dailey of Pascagoula, MS; his nieces and nephews, LaTreka Dailey-Weston (Calvin) of Moss Point, MS, LaMesha Dailey of Pascagoula, MS, Ja'Alexis Lewis of Pascagoula, MS, Kenyatta Dailey (Theresa) of Newport News, VA, Juvaris Dailey of Pascagoula, MS and Earnest Bradley, Jr. of Moss Point, MS; and his sister-in-law Vickie Dailey of Pascagoula, MS.
