She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Leonard Penn and Alice Marsh Penn; her brother Eugene Penn; and her sons-in-law, Johnny Parrish, Mike Haigler and James Franklin Doggett, Sr..
She is survived by: her former husband James Franklin Doggett, Sr.; her children, Jim Doggett, Jr. (Christie Doggett), Deborah Haigler Barron (Don Barron), Cathy Doggett Parrish, Tim Doggett and Jennifer Doggett Colmer (Jimmy Colmer); her brother Paul M. Penn (Irma Penn); and her husband Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, who affectionately called her Granny and nine great-grandchildren.
