She is survived by: her children, Telisha Stacey, Dennis Stacey (Alexa) and Jeffrey Hawkins; her grandchildren, Katlynn, Chance, Axle, Elliot and Jacob; her siblings, Kelvin Stork, Arlene Johnson (Mel), Paula Stork, Rita Coon (Doug) and Timothy Stork; and her close friends, Jeannie, Ginger and Sherry. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
