She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Washington Banks; her son Percy Glen Banks; her parents, Seno Burns and Mittie Lou Tadlock Burns; and her siblings, Annie Laura Burns Harrell, Mary Burns Lyle, Beulah Burns Thomas, Kattie Lee Burns, Vernon Burns, Albert "Bud" Burns, Cefus "Roy" Burns, Ufa Seno Burns and Paul Allen Burns.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Burns Banks (Linda); her grandchildren, Grant Austin Banks (Ellie) and Burt Seay Banks; her great grandchild Logan Xavier Banks; and her brother Edwin Earl Burns. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special loving neighbors, Ed and Alice and Ann Scranton and a host of friends.
