He is survived by: his wife Marsha Maddox; his sons, Zachary (Nicolle), Justin (Jessica) and Kyle (Kimberlie); his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Alyssa, Evelynn, Madison and Justin; his sisters, Virgie Miller (Bill), Sue Fairley, Sally Hope Light, Sarah DeLuna, Becky Russell (David) and Kathy Ball (Rusty); and his close friends, Rusty Anderson and Steve Randall. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
