He was predeceased by: his father Larry L. Ellzey. He is survived by: his wife Stefanie Moseley Ellzey; his stepchild Macy Mignault Ladner; his grandchildren, Brooklee, Zoey and Brailey; his mother Rita F. Ellzey; his daughter Jessica Ellzey Jones (Jake); his granddaughter Nova L. Jones; his sisters, Christy Ellzey Smith (Scott) and Lori Ellzey Osborne (Brian); his niece Fairley E. Smith; and his nephews, Oliver W. and Cooper P. Osborne.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the American Heart Association.
