He is survived by: his children, Linda Holtorf (Ron) of Ocean Springs, MS, Donna Gorline of Brandon, MS, Joe Dobrowski, Jr. of Mobile, AL, Steven Dobrowski of Gulfport, MS and Ricky Dobrowski of Lucedale, MS; his grandchildren, Tina Dellinger of Ocean Springs, MS, Ronnie Holtorf of Big Point, MS, Kelly Holtorf of Mobile, AL and Karl Gorline of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchildren, Tristen Kaltenbaugh, Ian Dellinger and Cedric Dixon; his brother Chester Dobrowski, Jr. of Escatatwpa, MS; and his nephew Tad Dobrowski.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Joseph's name to St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, MS, or a favorite charity.
