He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kasprzak and Rosa Kasprzak; his wife Rosemary Kasprzak; his brothers, Johny Kasby, Leroy Kasby and Adam Kasper; his niece Patricia Tolbert; and his nephews, T. J. Kasby and John O. Kasby.
He is survived by: his children, Tony and Lynn; his nephews, David Dunagan, Donald Dunagan and Gary Dunagan; and his close friends, Frank and Sheila Klein. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
