She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ike and Dorinda Cook; her daughter Ricjeana Franke; her husbands, Richard West, Johnnie Lee Jarrell and William "Bill" Canaday; her close friend Archie Voda; her friend Peggy Saegert; and her siblings, James Cook, Jack Cook, John Wesley Cook and Mamie R. Cook Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorinda Crespin (Richard), Theresa Murphy (Tim) and Marsha Cumberland; and her siblings, Mary Cook Kelly, Shirley Farmer (Jessie), Jerry Cook (Sandy) and Jimmie Cook. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her church, Church on the Rock.
