She is survived by: her husband James Magruder Sharp; her children, Covington (Janice) of St. Petersburg and Lucie Sharp Knight (Houghton) of Albuquerque, NM; her granddaughter Ellen Sharp Girardeau (Christopher) of Columbia, SC.; and her grandparent Stillwood.

Memorial donations to the Westminster Suncoast Employee Appreciation Fund are suggested.
