It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hurshell Dugger in Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Hall and Annie Ruth Dugger; and his brother-in-law Charles Kirksey. He is survived by: his wife Billie Dugger; his children, Christine Ballinger (Mike), Shawn Dugger (Michelle), Margo Lowe (Jerry), Jeffrey Dugger (Cheryl), Kelli Dugger and Stacey Dugger; his grandchildren, Stephanie Lowe, Emily Long (Chris), Shelby Hammons, Valen Johnson (Kody), Morgan Dugger, Colton Dugger, Cooper Dugger, Baylee Dugger, Tyler Milligan, Connor Milligan and Gracie Dugger; his great grandchildren, Marlee Hammons, Jackson Lowe, Aubrey Dueitt and Axle Hammons; and his siblings, Wayne Dugger (Fran), Levinna Kirksey, Paul Dugger (Florence) and Kathy McGuire. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, other relatives, and friends.
