With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelene Purdy of Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Eugene and Sarah Pauline Wimberly; her former husband Robert Charles Purdy (Butch); and her siblings, Bobbie Rodgers, Brenda Brown and Ralph Wimberly.
She is survived by: her husband Butch Purdy; her children, Chuck Purdy (Marla) of Hurley, MS, Doug Purdy (Dina) of Ocean Springs, MS and Lisa Morgan (Kevin) of Mobile, AL; her grandchildren, Chad Purdy (Blair) of Pascagoula, MS, Nick Purdy (Alyssa) of Pascagoula, MS, Natalie Baker (Josh) of Mobile, AL, Todd Purdy of Houston, TX, Michael Purdy of Houston, TX, Coy Morgan (Mattie) of Mobile, AL and Kayla Byrne (Jett) of Mobile, AL; and her great grandchildren, Blaze Baker, Caroline, Camille Purdy, Ann Marie, Abe Purdy, Luke and Matthew Morgan. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
