“Dear Family, I have known Jackie about 25 years. We met through my employment many years ago. I really hate that Jackie passed away the way he did. He had traveled up & down-Market Street so many times that only God knows how many miles he actually covered. The last time I saw Jackie was on the corner of Dupont & Market St. waiting on the Mardi Gras parade. We talked briefly & as "always" Jackie had that big smile going on. He was a good person, & I will miss him very much. Diane Davis”
