He is survived by: his wife Blanca Cecilia Ramirez Velásquez; his sons, Carlos Humberto Velásquez (Rebecca Ann) and Roberto Velásquez (Christina); his siblings, Willian Velásquez, Raúl Velásquez, Jaime Velásquez, Amparo Grajales (Alirio), Mariela Velásquez and Isabel Velásquez; and his grandchildren, Weston Velásquez, Lincoln Velásquez, Bollen Velásquez, Carlos Humberto Velásquez, Francisco Velásquez (Allison) and Devon Ray Velásquez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
