It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harolyn Ruth Owen Jones of Pascagoula, Mississippi, born in Aberdeen, Mississippi, who passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Jones, Sr.; her son Thomas "T. J." Jones, Sr.; and her sisters, Jerry Owen Lewis and Doris Simmons. She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Jones, Jr. (Bette-Jean), Elizabeth Jones Hatten (Mark) and Robert Owen Jones (Janice); her grandchildren, Janyse Cabatu (Chris), Jamee Molander (Kevin), Beverly Hatten, Will Hatten, Michelle Hatten (Austin Creel), Ashley Ricketts, Bryan Jones, Melissa Dycus, Jarrod Rogers (Katie), Jacob Jones (Connie), Madalyn Joyce (Drew) and Jessica "Fi" Jones; and her great grandchildren, Kaylen of Max-Owen, C. J., T. J., Kinley, Conner, Lexi, Preston, McKenna, Maddox, Roddy, Tanner, Penelope, Nicolette, Rhodes and Cabatu.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her church, First United Methodist in Pascagoula.
