She was predeceased by: her parents, George Oliver Clark, Sr. and Lunette Peel Clark; her husband Matt F. Zelenka, Jr.; her grandchildren, John Zelenka, Jr. and Olivia Pearl Moore; her son-in-law Butch Brooks; and her siblings, George O. Clark, Jr. (Sherrie T. Clark), Wanda Gaye Albro and Georgette Henley.
She is survived by: her children, Matt Zelenka, III (Patricia), Randy Zelenka (Sissy), Johnny Zelenka (Renee), Kathy Brooks, Connie Johnson (Jeffrey) and Lisa Moore (Mike); and also, Rookie Gage, Derek Johnson, Clark Zelenka, Tyler Johnson, Ryan Zelenka, Nick Zelenka, Matt Zelenka, IV, Reid Zelenka, Erin, Caitlin Johnson, Farrah Sinclair, Haley Zelenka, Hilary Barrett, Nyka and Michaela Moore. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
