She is survived by: her husband Joseph R. Mansfield; her children, Joseph Roth Mansfield, Jr. of Pascagoula, JoLynda Daugherty (Sam Entrican) of Big Point, MS, Dee Ehlers Harris of Moss Point, MS and Rhonda Ehlers Shook of Moss Point, MS.; her grandchildren, Michael Daugherty (Jenny) of Granbury, TX, J. R. Daugherty of Fort Worth, TX, Katie Mansfield of Dallas, TX, Karlee Mansfield of Granbury, TX, Jonathan Mansfield of Pascagoula, MS and Joey Mansfield (Megan) of San Antonio, TX.; and her great grandchildren, Ari, James Daugherty of Granbury, TX, Jonathan, Jacob, Rebecca, Jane, Kaitlyn and James Mansfield of San Antonio, TX.
The services will observe the guidelines around social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
