He was predeceased by: his parents, Lolles Toups and Nita Toups of Biloxi; and his sister Joanita Santanelli of Biloxi. He is survived by: his daughters, Nita Shepherd (Tim) of Pascagoula and Kim Mosely (Robert) of Lexington Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Evelyn Toups; and his siblings, Mark Toups (Anne) of Ocean Springs and Edwina Wells (John) of Ocean Springs, MS.
