It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Toups of Pascagoula, Mississippi, born in Kiln, Mississippi, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Freddie Edward O'Brien and Francis Toup; her parents, Francis Joseph Wagner and Mary Moran Wagner; and her siblings, Esther Lambert, Mary Josephine Carmel and John W. Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie J. O'Brien (Jackie), Keys of Florida, Tommy O'Brien (Cecily) and Donna Cantrell of Biloxi, MS; and her son-in-law Steve Cantrell. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 9 Great- Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store.
