With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elma Carter of Pascagoula, Mississippi, born in Metairie, Louisiana, who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Stauter (Curtis Webb), Barbara Carter Summers (Jeff), Mark Carter (Tammy), Hank Carter (Tambra), Dewey Carter and John R. Carter Jr.; and her sister Fay Davis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made in her memory to St Vincent de Paul or Resurrection Catholic School.
