He is survived by: his wife Barbara Caples; his daughters, Sonya Caples-Davis, Tyranda Caples, Tiffany Dees and Kevina Patton; his grandchildren, Kendrick Curry, Morgan Davis and Andrew Davis; and his siblings, Sandra Benyard, Djuan Dees (Daniel), Willie Dees (Ruby), Charles Hall, Debra Odom (Wilbert), Harold Dees, Dianna Dees, Michael Dees, Veema Dees and Marcus Dees (Amy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
