He is survived by: his wife Betty Pittman; his children, Marty Pittman and Jeremy Pittman (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Darcy Elizabeth, Mallory and Vivi Grace Pittman. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Jackson County Baptist Missions, P.O. Box 1726, Pascagoula, MS 39568.
